La galerie Michel-Ange vous transporte «De l’Occident à l’Orient » avec sa nouvelle exposition solo de l’artiste René Lemay. Des Iles-de-la-Madeleine au Vietnam, en passant par l’Indonésie et la Thaïlande, René Lemay est un passionné de voyages. Son expression artistique se nourrit de ses diverses escales et de ses rencontres à l’étranger aussi bien que de son environnement des Maritimes. Par sa touche fragmentée et la force du graphisme qui caractérisent son œuvre, Lemay se fait peintre du mouvement et nous convie à entrer dans son univers.

Michel-Ange Art Gallery takes you “From the Occident to the Orient” with its new solo exhibition of the works of the renowned artist, René Lemay. From the Iles-de-la-Madeleine to Vietnam by way of Indonesia and Thailand, the artist is a passionate traveller. His artistic expression is heightened by his various stays and encounters abroad as well as by his maritime environment. Lemay’s visual expression was moulded and refined by his travels, giving birth to a vibrant and enlivened creative style. Through the fragmented touch and graphic force that characterize his work, Lemay becomes an artist of movement and draws us into his universe.
